Thank you for choosing Sunday RoastDeliveries! We strive to provide a positive dining experience.

1. General Returns and Refunds: We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your takeaway for any reason, please contact us within 24 of receiving your order to discuss a potential refund or alternative solution. We will assess each case individually and aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly. Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for food items that are not consumed, as they are perishable.

2. Faulty or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or contains a fault (e.g., incorrect items, missing items, food spoilage), please contact us immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the issue. We will offer a full refund or a replacement order, depending on the circumstances and availability.

3. Refund Process: If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing refunds that are beyond our control.

4. Exceptions: We may decline a refund if: The issue is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect order, incorrect address). The customer has not contacted us within the specified timeframe. The customer has not returned the food items (if applicable). This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made no later that 2 hours before your selected timeslot on the given day you have selected. Failure to cancel before this time, will result in your right to a full refund being forfeited. The delivery fee will however, be refunded.
